... Reid Steinfeld, Esq., Grant & Weber, Calabasas, California, and his staff have led the way in the fight for medical provider rights and educating those in the California workers' compensation system about the injustice of "silent PPOs". They have been successful at both the trial level and appeals panel level in convincing various courts that, with respect to the PPO issue, the court has jurisdiction to hear fee schedule disputes.
