Maximize Your Finite Resources.

Grant & Weber’s Early Out Self-Pay Division works as an extension of your business office. Rather than simply working for you, we work with you to represent the best practices of your organization. We work closely with you during implementation in order to ensure consistency in correspondence with patients, telephone scripts and workflow. Our training program is designed to mirror your internal policies and procedures. This consistency provides for seamless customer service to your patients, which results in higher collections.

Expand your focus on high-dollar insurance accounts and
allow us to focus on your Self-Pay accounts.

Early Out accounts require a very different approach than typical delinquent Self-Pay accounts. These accounts warrant a “soft-touch” approach that is appropriate for first contact with your patients. Whether your patient requires an explanation of charges, status of an insurance claim, a monthly payment plan or simply wishes to pay their account by credit or debit card, our experienced Account Representatives are available to assist. All payments and correspondence are directed to you, although patient telephone calls are directed to Grant & Weber. If applicable, our Representatives can council your patients and convey your organization’s charity policies and application procedures.

Our skilled Client Service Representatives are available to both you and our Account Representatives to assist in the resolution of issues such as patient disputes, account cancellations and settlements. Typically, our Client Service Representatives visit our clients on a regular basis to settle open issues and exchange documentation.

You can count on Grant & Weber to professionally represent your organization, maximize your cash flow and create opportunities for you to re-direct or reduce your existing account follow-up staff.

When performance counts, count on Grant & Weber to outperform the rest.
