Hal Weinerman Founder/President Mr. Hal Weinerman is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles and has been involved in the collection agency industry since 1963. During the last forty plus years, Hal’s background positions include that of collector, collection supervisor, salesman, agency Vice President and President. In 1977, Hal formed a partnership with Gene Grossblatt and incorporated GRANT & WEBER. He has served as GRANT & WEBER’s President since its inception and is responsible for developing what has proven to be one of the most respected and well known collection agencies in the United States. |

Gene Grossblatt Mr. Gene Grossblatt was in association with the collection industry since 1953 and enveloped GRANT & WEBER with an extensive source of knowledge and experience resulting from his employment with several professional collection agencies including Mutual Credit Bureau (1953-1960 and 1966-1971), American Credit Bureau (1960-1966), and Guaranty Collection Company (1971-1977). Prior to the establishment of his partnership with Hal Weinerman he had held the positions of collector, account representative, assistant manager, and manager at the aforementioned agencies. Gene passed in May of 2001, and is loved and missed by all at GRANT & WEBER. |

Ron Grossblatt Ron Grossblatt came to work for GRANT & WEBER soon after his graduation from the University of Utah in 1981. He began his employment as a collection trainee and gained first hand experience by working his way up through every department within GRANT & WEBER in order to experience all aspects of the collection process and management of a collection agency. Ron was invited to become an owner of GRANT & WEBER in 1986, and became our Chief Executive Officer in 2001. |

Spencer Weinerman Spencer Weinerman came to work for GRANT & WEBER following his graduation from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1984. Spencer has progressed through all of our departments’ key positions and today holds the title of Chief Financial Officer. Spencer’s vision for services related to the identification and collection of Workers’ Compensation claims became a reality in 1999, when he was asked to Direct our Workers’ Compensation Services Division’s efforts, proving to be a very profitable and client service oriented division, among the many professional services offered by GRANT & WEBER. |

Dave Weinerman Dave Weinerman began working for GRANT & WEBER after his graduation from the San Diego State University-Business School in 1990. Dave has also progressed his way through each department at GRANT & WEBER, before taking on the responsibilities of managment. In 1997 Dave Weinerman successfully completed his application for Qualified Manager licensing and has led GRANT & WEBER’s California and Nevada Sales & Marketing efforts since then. |

Jimi Bingham Jimi Bingham has been with GRANT & WEBER since January 1987 and serves as our Vice President of Corporate Relations. Jimi oversees most special projects undertaken by GRANT & WEBER, and serves as the primary liaison between the agency and most of our Hospital clients. Jimi is also responsible for the education of our collection and support staff on issues such as collection techniques, client services, and systems utilization. Jimi is a graduate/alumnus of the University of Southern California. |
